LEAD Happiness was founded at a time in my life when I realized I needed to start sharing my health journey with others. I had been through so may different ups and downs, but had finally figured out how to find HAPPINESS along the way- and I knew I wanted to help others do the same.
After losing all of my "baby weight" after my first, and having a healthy pregnancy with my second- I KNEW that I had to start sharing my success and helping others live healthy, active lives. So, I became a health coach and founded LEAD Happiness to help YOU change you life while continuing to improve my own!
I created the acronym L.E.A.D. because I felt that it applied to my journey to better health:
First- I had to learn to LOVE myself. If I didn't- I could never really change or be HAPPY with who I was or who I wanted to become. I then had to learn to love EVERYONE and be genuinely happy for them...even when I was jealous, angry, or hurt. Without love, you remain at a stand still and will struggle reaching your goals.
Cultivating an environment of positive mental, physical and spiritual energy is essential to total health and wellness. I teach my clients how to cultivate positive energy in all areas in their lives that will help propel them towards their goals.
"What you think, you will become." This is a statement that I live by and encourage my clients to reflect on. If we cultivate a positive, forward thinking attitude about ourselves and the world around us- then we WILL be successful in all of our endeavors. If you think you can't, dwell on the negative, and let doubt and fear overtake you- then you will remain the same and never achieve your best self.
Beginning a health and fitness journey is a path of discovery. Being willing to try new things, learn new information, listen to our bodies, and get outside of our comfort zones. I help my clients set goals for themselves that will help them discover their unlimited potential and find their happy.
