This yummy little treat is one of my new 'go-to' healthy snacks! And the fact that it's 21 Day Fix APPROVED makes it even yummier!!!
Here's how simple it is to make, enjoy!
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon to taste
1tsp nut butter
First, peel your apple.
Then, warm the coconut oil and vanilla extract in pan. (If you want to add oats for a crunch- now is the time to add them in. 1TBS sprinkled over is plenty for me. Make sure to count it as a portion of your yellow container!)
While that's warming, slice the apple in pieces.
Place the apples in the pan and sprinkle cinnamon on them, flip them and sprinkle again.
While that's cooking, melt 1 tsp nut butter in a bowl.
Place the cooked apples in a bowl with melted nut butter, mix, and enjoy!
