What is it?
60 Day online fitness challenge and support group. The group is all based on Facebook. We check in daily for accountability, I share daily challenges and coaching tips, we will have zoom chat coaching sessions to help you gain support and motivation from your peers and also allow me to coach and help you along your journey. In the groups we share recipes, tips, motivation, and most of all give support for the ups and downs that come along with striving for big goals.
Why should I participate?
Your goal may be to lose 5 lbs or 100 lbs. Your goal may be to walk a 5k or to run a marathon. We are all at different fitness levels. That's what makes these groups amazing. It's YOUR journey, but we get to help cheer each other along while striving to be our best selves and aiming for our goals. You why is up to you. You need to find that motivation for yourself and make the choice to take a chance and change your life- or nothing will change.
Will I really get the results I want?
That's all up to you. I have clients who excel in these groups and clients who fall off track. It's up to you. You will have every tool that you need to succeed. The meal plan is incredible, the Shakeology is the best nutrient dense supplement around, and the workouts are designed to give you the best workout possible in 30 minutes. Will you get results? Yes. But the kind of results you get will be up to the willingness you have to participate, engage, and ultimately BELIEVE in yourself.
