Since I've been doing the 21 Day Fix meal plan I've really been trying to find healthier substitutes for foods I love and CRAVE.
This is one of them and a new FAVE!
Broccoli Chicken Parm
1 R cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 G cooked broccoli, chopped
1/2 G mushrooms, sliced
1/2 P tomato sauce (I made mine with basil, onion, and organic tomato paste and organic canned tomatoes)
1/2 B Parmesan cheese, shredded
(Optional) 1/2 B mozzarella cheese
Heat and enjoy!
