Kids and hubby don't want broccoli? No prob- pasta for them, broccoli for you!
21 Day Fix Broccoli Chicken Parmesan
What you need:
1 R cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 G cooked broccoli, chopped
1/2 G mushrooms, sliced
1/2 P tomato sauce (I make mine with basil, onion, and organic tomato paste and organic canned tomatoes)
1/2 B Parmesan cheese, shredded
(Optional) 1/2 B mozzarella cheese
1. Combine ingredients as desired (I just toss them all together!). Heat and enjoy!
