OMG- my life has changed (thanks to this chocoholic tip from my friend!)... I CRAVE chocolate. Especially in the afternoons and at night. Maybe it's a woman thing, maybe it's a mom thing, but it's for real and it's a struggle!
I posted on my Facebook wall the other day about my struggle with chocolate, and a few people commented with recipes. This is the first one I tried. And oh my heck you guys, it is the bomb.com. You have to try it!
I have been keeping it in my freezer and grab a bite when I need it. So much better than grabbing for the chocolate chips or candy bar!
Here's what you do:
1) Melt 1TBS coconut oil in a Tupperware.
2) Mix in 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology and 1tsp water
3) Add 1TBS unsweetened coconut or nuts (optional)
4) Stir well and then press into the bottom of the Tupperware.
5) Freeze for about 15 minutes.
