Clean eating DOES NOT need to be complicated! This one pan mean is simeple, clean, and adaptible. In fact, I'm not even going to give you a recipe...SAY WHAT!??!? Yep, you heard me.
Take a bag of frozen stir fry veggies, dump them in a pan with a little Extra Virgin Olive oil or Coconut Oil. Let cook until warm. (about 5 min)
Add in your desired amount of uncooked shrimp and some seasoning. We like garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, ginger, and cayanne. Experiment and find what you like! Cook until done (about 5-10 min).
If you want carbs- serve with a side of rice. Wanna go crazy? Add some soy sauce or teriyaki. (kind of eliminates the 'clean-ness', but hey- it could be worse ;) )
Simple. As. That.
Better still? Pop the left-overs in the fridge and eat them for lunch tomorrow. You're welcome.
Now, don't tell me that clean eating is hard. ;)
