3- ACTION: Write a list of POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS and post them somewhere so you can read them daily. Example affirmations: “I am strong, I am beautiful, I love my body the way it is, I love my style, I am confident in who I am, I love others unconditionally, I am brave…”
Example places to write them: on your mirror, on your phone (set an alarm to remind you to reach through them aloud, daily), on sticky notes around your house or car….
