Yesterday's food accountability: chocolate PB Shakeology; chicken, rice, and veggies with coconut oil; salad loaded with veggies and balsamic dressing, and a pork chop with mushrooms and onions; Chobani vanilla 100 cal with raspberries. I also had 2 pieces of killer Dave's bread and an apple. And I munched on some grapes. I was WAY over on fruit and carbs for the day- my body was really dragging and I gave in to the comfort of carbs .
