Today's meals- chocolate PB shake; 1/2 tuna on whole grain w. Lettuce and tomato, strawberries and grapes; vanilla PB and blueberry banana shake (HEAVENLY!!); salsa soup from the freezer. I also had an addition piece of killer Dave's bread.... Why oh why does it have to be so good?!?! Missed the mark on my veggies and was 1 over on my carbs. I'm getting there!! I'm thinking of upping my calorie bracket while I run and do X3. I've noticed my body lets go if fat easier when I'm working out hard and eating around 1500-1800/ day.
