After I had my 3rd baby (Sadie) 7 months ago, I struggled harder than I ever have Post-baby. I had panic attacks and anxiety that made it so that I couldn't be left alone. It was nothing like I had ever experienced before. I wasn't myself and I wanted so bad to have control over my once strong body.
The ONE routine I stuck to and clung to was my CHALLENGE GROUPS! It may sound silly to some, but drinking my Superfood Nutrition Shake daily and checking into my challenge groups saved me. It gave me something to show up to, something to look forward to, and it was something that I knew was making me better each time I did it.
Sure, I've lost weight and look much better 7 months later- but the biggest change is inside! I'm happy, the anxiety and panic attacks are gone, and I can truly say I AM HAPPY AND CONFIDENT again.
Showing up every day in my challenge groups- working out, drinking my superfoods, and focusing on my nutrition has made the biggest difference for me. Not to mention I was still able to see my awesome clients have their own transformations in my challenge group🙌🏻
