At our house we love a good peach cobbler--especially the ones with cake mixes...mmmm-hmm! But when you're really trying to clean up you're eating- those kind of cobblers just don't cut it.
Enter these pretty things.
I have made cobblers and crumbles before with oatmeal, but they always use a lot of butter and sugar. So I set out to adapt our favorites and still have a dessert that was satisfying.
I'm happy to report that we found a winner!
Preheat oven to 350º. Place halved peaches on lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle 1 TBS, Stevia and 1/2 TBS. cinnamon over halved peach centers. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and scoop over top of peaches.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until oatmeal is golden and peaches are soft.
Top with plain or vanilla greek yogurt for an extra treat!!
