Banana Steel Cut Oats
1/3 c steel cut oats
3/4 c water
1/2 banana, chopped or sliced
1/4 c coconut milk (I use canned organic)
1/2 Tbs Chia seeds (optional, not pictured)
1. Cook oats and water for 2-3 minutes in microwave or until cooked.
2. Top with banana, coconut milk, and chia seeds.
