B-E-A-U-TIFUL day for a much needed walk with my babes!
My workouts have been hit and miss for the last 3 weeks. Between pregnancy nausea/fatigue, and then being hit with the flu bug this week-not to mention my Entyvio has been wearing off at the 6 week mark and my Crohn's has been hating on me for about a week and a half now it's been ROUGH!! And my body has been CRAVING a workout.
I'm FINALLY feeling somewhat-HUMAN again lol. So my goal is to WALK OUTSIDE on the days that I can (yay for Idaho winters❄), and start back in on Hammer & Chisel on Monday.
I worked out when I was pregnant with both of my boys' and you had better believe I'll be doing my best to have the fittest, healthiest pregnancy with this new babe in my belly! #fitmama #fitpregnancy
Now, time to make some scrumptious dinner for my little fam- on the menu tonight (a family fave)--chicken Alfredo with asparagus- MMM! And there may be some not-so-clean-cobbler action happening for dessert (shhhh!!#weeatdirtytoo )
