Taking before pics is always HARD. I've never met a person who enjoys seeing themselves at square 1. It can be discouraging...IF you let it be. OR you can let it be MOTIVATING.
I tell my clients that these are their GOODBYE pictures🙌🏻 and that they will be SO GLAD they took them so they can see their 20, 60, and 90 day progress!
For me, before pics are a part of the JOURNEY. Life is a process (a ROLLER COASTER!!) and we always have to KEEP MOVING FORWARD. I'm a young mom with 3 kids. I just had a baby 5 weeks ago via c section and I'm working hard for the THIRD time to get my body back in shape after having a baby. I could say "it's not worth it", "why even bother", "what if I have more kids and I just have to start again"...all of that is NOT TRUE- YOU'RE WORTH IT NOW.
Work out and eat right to feel good, and to help your family have healthy habits and to live a life of BALANCE... not just to look good.
This is why I LOVE my monthly challenge groups. I help ladies (and they help ME!) through this every single month. Knowing you're not in it alone, and that so many other women are working through the struggles of life just like you- it makes it easier and FUNNER to want to take those GOODBYE pics and CRUSH your goals. 👊🏻
