Lunch Today 👌🏻🍴
Chicken Oriental Salad
What you need:
1 small chicken breast (breaded with egg, Panko bread crumbs, season salt, garlic and onion powder to taste and cooked in extra Virginia olive oil) OR GRILLED
1.5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
2 TBS slivered almonds
2 TBS Chinese noodles
2 TBS Dressing (see recipe below)
1 c. Greek yogurt (I like Chobani for this recipe)
1/2 c. Honey
5 packets raw stevia
6 TBS rice vinegar
1. Layer ingredients into a salad and enjoy!!
