It's been a rainy weekend here in Idaho- and whenever it rains I crave soup!! This one in particular!
It's clean, easy, and the only soup my kids will eat! We usually keep a batch in the freezer for quick lunches and dinners. AND for you 21 Day Fixers- it's 21DF friendly

Chicken Rice and Bean Soup (21 Day Fix containers used as measuring cups)
What you need:
4 Y Brown Rice (cooked, about 2 uncooked)
8 R chicken breasts (cooked, chopped or shredded)
6 G carrots (diced)
2 G onions (chopped)
3-5 cloves garlic (pressed)
4 Y black beans (rinsed and drained)
64 oz chicken broth (organic or homemade)
water to desired consistency
Seadon with dill, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, pepper, etc.
1. In a big pot bring broth, 1 c. Water, carrots, onions, and garlic to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Add black beans, chicken, and rice.
3. Season to liking and add additional water if needed.
4. Let simmer for at least 20 minutes.
