Chicken Taco Soup
What you need:
-1 bag frozen chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (I use my kitchen aide mixer with the cookie attachment)
-1 quart salsa (we made canned homemade)
-32 oz chicken broth
-1 can tomato paste
-2-4 cups water (add one at a time)
-1 can diced tomatoes
-1 can black beans
-1 can pinto beans
-1 can kidney beans
-1 can corn
-1 red pepper
-1 green pepper
-1 large onion
-salt to taste
-Chulula and Tapatio to taste
1. Mix all ingredients in stock pot. Boil until onions are translucent.
2. Add greek yogurt, chips and cheese to top. Enjoy!
