Confession: I didn't do my workouts this weekend.
Sometimes I STILL struggle getting it done. I'm human! I missed days 6&7 of my Core De Force workouts- but I'm not letting that define me.
IM MOVING FORWARD.
Even though I missed my workouts, my nutrition was 👍🏻👌🏻👊🏻 and I did get outside for walks with my family.
It's a NEW DAY, NEW WEEK, and I'm going to CRUSH IT.
