Happy New Year to me!! Being pregnant and sick for the majority of 2016 really made me appreciate my health and fitness abilities! After my c section I struggled hard for a few weeks with major anxiety and PPD. I'm still recovering but the biggest help has been being able to exercise and fuel my body with superfoods each day! Core De Force is Beachbodys newest MMA style workout and was SO FUN to do.
I am SO EXCITED about the progress I've made and can't wait to crush some major fitness goals this year including 2 national park half marathons and a Ragnar relay.
I'm also SO PUMPED that this is the first time in (ever) that I've REALLY been in true REMISSION with my Crohn's!!!!! Time to LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST! Bring it on 2017!🎉🙌🏻👏🏻💪🏻👊🏻
