PiYo is my running cross-training program of choice. The moves are perfect to stretch my sore runner muscles. I am really feeling the effects of my #diastasisrecti after my first run. The Core holds everything together! And with a weak core, muscles get strained easier. Let's just say I've been hobbling around my house for the past 2 days😳
