Mom talk: Today my milk wouldn't come in. I started panicking. I did the only thing I knew to do-eat. And it was carbs. NOT Whole 30 approved carbs. 😳
So here I stand before you, a Whole 30 attemptee who failed on her first try. My 2nd DAY ONE of my Whole 30 journey starts TOMORROW. And I'm totally cool with that👍🏻
I've studied how to keep up my milk supply and stocked the fridge with plenty of heathy fats and starchy carbs (all approved) to keep my supply of for my cute babe.
