I just finished my 4th and final leg day workout for Phase 1 of my 80 Day Obsession Test Group.
The last 4 weeks have been challenging, rewarding, and such a blessing!

And the group of coaches that I get to work with in our group- some of the BEST people I have ever met.
Yes, I've lost weight. Yes, I've lost inches. Yes, I've upped my weights and gained muscle. But the biggest benefit for me has been my MINDSHIFT around nutrition and my ability to DO HARD THINGS.
This program is HARD. Planning meals and eating at certain times, completing HOUR long workouts, getting 8 hours of sleep--it's TOUGH. But SO rewarding and SO worth it. If this busy mom to 3 kids 5 and under can do it- so can you!
I CAN NOT WAIT to show you guys my phase one results and I am even MORE excited to see what the next 54 days brings 💪🏻✨
