This month I am extremely thankful for FREEZER MEALS! Freezer soup, to be exact . I am not much of a cook when I am pregnant and like anything fast and easy. Making a big pot of soup and freezing the leftovers in individual servings has been my LIFE SAVER! And it will continue to be once the baby comes!! Some soups that freeze well are chicken rice, vegetable beef, and chili. I like broccoli cheese, potato, and homemade chicken noodle frozen too- but they tend to be a little more "grainy" when they are reheated. To reheat I run them under water, put in a bowl, cover with a plate and heat for about 5 min, then stir and heat for another 3 min, stir and heat until done (about another 2-3 min).
