Summer time=Dutch oven cooking time!!
Here's the "cleaned up" version of peach cobbler we had tonight!
Healthy Dutch Oven Peach Cobbler
2 c. Whole wheat Bisquick mix
1 c. Coconut oil
12oz. coconut milk (or other)
(2) 29oz. Sliced peaches (enough to cover the bottom of dish)
1 c. honey
Pour peaches/honey into lined Dutch oven, then pour batter mix over top.
Optional: Drizzle honey and coconut flakes on batter.
Cover with coals and cook for about 20 minutes.
