Being kind to ourselves is a struggle for most, especially women. When we tug at our clothes and look longingly at that girl on the cover of a magazine- what words at we saying in our heads?
Using positive affirmations daily has helped me build myself up instead of compare, doubt, and tear myself down.
Positive affirmations. What are they?
They are the positive things you say to yourself. The POSITIVE confirmations that you build yourself up with.
I challenge you to make a list of at least 5 positive affirmations to say to yourself today- and every day this week.
Start the sentences with 'I am'...I am a patient, loving mom. I am a giving and happy wife. I am beautiful and strong....
As you say them, say them out loud and look in the mirror. Yep, you heard me!
Trust me, you will find that these two little words 'I am' can completely CHANGE YOUR LIFE if you use them in a positive form!
