The scale wasn't where I wanted it to be this AM. My abs didn't look like I thought they would after 2.5 weeks of this program. But there's no one to blame but ME. I take full responsibility for what I've been eating (it's been GOOD, but not as dialed in as it could be), and how hard I've been pushing in my workouts (I can do MORE!)...
I'm not being hard on myself or putting myself down, I'm REMINDING MYSELF OF MY POTENTIAL. I have GREATNESS within me. I CAN eat a little better, I CAN push harder in my workouts. I AM CAPABLE and I AM WORTH IT.
