Confession: I've had major workout program ADD😏 hence my lack of accountability posts.
I haven't been sticking to one program. Call it spring fever, call it being indecisive😜
BUT, after realizing today that my RACING SEASON is STARTING and my first 1/2 marathon of the year is in 2.5 months😳 I decided I had better get back to my fave running cross training program (PiYo!) and start getting MILES in!
So, here we are.
I've decided😂HALF-MARATHON TRAINING starts TODAY👏🏻
And this will be a perfect chance for me to get back to practicing PiYo LIVE routines to teach my FREE Rexburg Fit Club group of ladies🤗
