Meal prep for the week!
Confession: my eating has been less than stellar for the last 2 months and my body can feel it. (A-hem, 10 lbs later)
A huge part of me slacking on my nutrition has been lack of PLANNING- "fail to plan, plan to fail." THAT, my friends is NO JOKE!
So here's me re-committing to FUELING my body.
✅meatballs, black rice, green beans (meatball recipe)
✅21 day fix chicken Parm and broccoli from the #fixate cookbook
✅stuffed pepper variation with olive oil, black rice, game, garlic, onions, and tomatoes -oh and cheese #agirlsbestfriends
And lots of left overs for the freezer that will last us all month and give us variety.
