I'm totally guilty of hitting the snooze button too many times and waking up to kids "mommm-ing" me with their breakfast orders...#momlife but lately I've been trying to change that. The mornings That I choose to get up with my alarm clock, before the kids wakeup, I am happier and more productive through the day. I even woke up every day this last weekend between 5-6AM😳 getting in my scripture study and workout first thing feels AMAZING.
Try it momma, taking time for YOU first in the morning can work wonders on your productivity, your self-esteem, your laundry pile🤣....it's HARD, and I do caffeinate🙌🏻, but it's so worth it!
