I started 2016 weighing about 15lbs. more than I did in January 2015.
Am I upset? Nope.
Am I discouraged? Nope.
One thing I always tell my clients is that fitness and health are a JOURNEY. There were a lot of things in 2015 that happened that I couldn't necessarily control- 4+ rounds of steroids, coming on and off multiple medications, unforeseen stressors and not being able to cope.
All that aside- I get to MOVE FORWARD each and every day. Do my BEST on MY journey.
I feel a thousand times better TODAY than I did a year ago. I feel my body healing and I'm mentally and physically READY for change.
