This has been the HARDEST postpartum recovery yet. After 3 sections in 4.5 years...my body decided it had had enough😏 But when I see pictures like this I am reminded of how far I've come. How hard I've worked, and how blessed I am to be where I am today!
Taking care of my body became a priority to me once I realized I'd always "be sick". I don't look sick- but inside I have a lot happening. I never wanted "my sickness" to reflect on the outside. Even though I have Crohn's disease, depression, anxiety...I don't want that to reflect in my appearance. I always want to look my best because honestly, it also makes me FEEL my best!
