Let's be honest...I'm always going to love cookies...donuts...pizza...tacos🤷🏼♀️ and honestly, I'm totally okay wth that!
For me, following a nutrition plan, eating clean, working out has always been about finding things that make me feel my best. Balance...Happiness 🙌🏻✨ and for me that means eating clean, Whole Foods 90% of the time and enjoying treats with my family the rest of the time. Is it always 90-10? No, sometimes vacations and holidays get the best of me- but the best part is I have the tools to get back on track and don't spiral into a huge weight gain because of my "cheats and treats".
Have I been perfect the last 2 months on my Shift Shop meal plan? NO! And I don't expect my clients to be perfect either. But I do expect enough commitment to see PROGRESS from myself and my clients. And well my friends, this girl is seeing PROGRESS despite the donuts, cookies, and pizza that have been consumed over the last 2 months 😆 #confessions
I've been committed enough to see an almost 10lb weight loss and HUGE strength and endurance gains. Ive been committed enough to try new recipes and find new clean eating favorites.
