We LOVE Saturday morning pancakes at our house!!
And this mom loves them even more when they fit in with her meal plan!
These yummy pancakes are packed with PROTEIN and are KID-APPROVED and ab approved!
Top with your fave fruit or sugar free jam...THE.BOMB.

Protein Pancakes-family style
What you need:
1 c. White flour, unbleached
3/4 c. Whole wheat flour
2 TBS honey
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 c. Plain greek yogurt
1 c. Water
3 TBS coconut oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1. Mix all ingredients together, and leave some lumps.
2. Scoop batter on to preheated and greased griddle in 1/4 cup amounts.
3. Flip, cook other side.
4. Top with your fave toppings and dig in.
