Fall is in the air and I am so excited about adding pumpkin (in everything) recipes to my meal plan. I'm a bit behind on meal planning, but today I'm planning away and pulling out all of my favorite pumpkin recipes. These delicious little lovelies made the list...
Quick, easy, protein packed and "cleaner" than the typical pancake recipe. Also, kid and husband approved (bonus!).
I love topping mine with pure maple syrup and/or whipped cream. I also love eating them PLAIN. Yep, they are that good. They also freeze well for quick breakfasts.
I'm grateful for recipes like this that keep my cravings satisfied, but have helped me transform my health after having 3 babies (c sections) in 4.5 years!
