I forgot what starting at square ONE feels like 😜 but ya know what?! I'm pretty freaking proud of myself. 5 weeks post c-section and I made it through a 30 minute upper body workout, and I kind of crushed it👊🏻 No doubt I'll be sore tomorrow, but that just means I'm making progress💪🏻
I've been SO anxious to get back into a workout routine. Struggling with post partum depression is rough, but working out is AMAZING help! Endorphins, dopamine, and not to mention feeling more confident about your body?! Sign me up!
