This week I have to do a few hard things. Things I never pictured myself doing and things outside of my comfort zone.
Whenever anxiety creeps in, I make sure I structure my days-✔️morning routine that includes scripture study to keep the spirit present and strong ✔️meal plan and food prepped so I don't reach for junk when I'm stressed ✔️planner filled out so I don't miss anything and so I can make sure I prioritize time with my kids.
Here's to being the best possible version of myself, even if it takes getting uncomfortable. 🙏🏻✨
