I've got a pile of laundry to fold and sticky mirrors to clean, but I commit myself to a #naptimeworkout and I'm STICKING TO IT!
There are A LOT of things I could do with this time but it's important to me to take time for ME do that I can be the BEST version of me for my kids, my husband, and my team.
I'm SERIOUS you guys- take time to take care of yourself. Working out, meditating, preparing meals that are healthy- they are all worth the effort it takes to get into the habit of doing them, and I guarantee that once you do you will see your time AMPLIFIED. You will be a happier, more productive mom and wife. You will see your children differently, be more confident around your spouse. IT'S WORTH IT. YOUR worth it.
I challenge you to take 10 minutes today to do something for YOU. Tell yourself your worth it. Then tomorrow, take 20. Work up to 60 minutes of YOU time during a day. It doesn't have to be all at once (heaven knows that 60 minutes of SOLID 'me' time is nearly impossible as a mom ;) ) ...but give it a try for a week and see how you feel at the end of the week. Like I said, YOU.ARE.WORTH.IT.
