I've been eating specific foods at specific times for the past few days and MAN is it nice! I was super nervous about it- especially where I had been doing Intermittent Fasting with an 8 hour feeding window.
But knowing I can have a chocolate (milk-ish)shake every morning when I wakeup?!! Totally has me in love with my "Timed Nutrition" meal plan.
Not to mention it's packed with superfoods, antioxidants, probiotics, and digestive enzymes👏🏻 gives me energy to Wakeup and be momma to my 3 little monkeys! (Who are currently eating waffles in front of me 😂👍🏻)
