#TransformationTuesday ??!?!? Totally counts right?!
I loved pulling up these picks today and seeing the difference. Check out my "digital camera" in my first pic lol!! So funny!
These pictures might not seem a whole lot different to you- but to me they are all completely different and represent a HUGE physical and mental transformation.
When I was pregnant with Bodey I was at my heaviest weight. I walked daily, but didn't watch what I ate and wasn't concerned about nutrition. (a pizza and coke a day kept me going :p) It took me SO LONG to lose the baby weight (about 10-11 months) and I just didn't feel great after I had him.
Then on to my pregnancy with Jack- I started being much more conscious about my health this go around. I was drinking Shakeology daily, walking, and using workouts like TurboFire and T25 to stay in shape. My weight was consistently 10lbs. less the entire pregnancy than it was with Bodey. After delivery I bounced back quick and was working out (post 2nd c-section, mind you!) at the 8 week mark, back in my pre-prego jeans at the 6 week mark. Mentally I started struggling with postpartum depression, but had the tools necessary to combat it. Personal development and coaching my clients helped pull me out of the post-baby funk, fast!!
Fast froward to today's pregnancy with baby girl♥ . My weight is about the same as my pregnancy with Jack, I'm still walking and using Beachbody programs to workout (mostly PiYo!!), I'm drinking Shakeology daily, and my nutrition (well, this trimester anyway) is so much better than before! I also do personal development daily and work on my mental health so that down days are easier and I can get through the SLUMPS that all women have (especially hormonal moms haha!!)
Coaching my clients and working with my team has motivated me so much through this pregnancy. I love showing people what's POSSIBLE. You CAN workout while pregnant. You CAN eat healthy while pregnant. You CAN be a coach while pregnant! I'm just a normal pregnant lady too- I get tired quick, take naps, and have insane cravings- but the difference between the "pregnant Breezie" on the right and the one on the left is that now I am IN CONTROL of myself, my pregnancy, my health. I am CHOOSING how I go about each day and doing my BEST to make healthy choices.
So, there ya have it. My pregnancy transformation story!
Happy Tuesday ya'll!
