The next time you have extra watermelon, freeze it for smoothies! Watermelons are made almost entirely of water, so they’re excellent candidates for freezing. Remove the rind and scoop out the flesh with a melon baller, or cut your watermelon into cubes. If your watermelon has seeds, remove them prior to freezing.

½ cup cubed watermelon
1 cup ice
1.Place water, Shakeology, watermelon, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
