I've made a lot of excuses this pregnancy. I've focused on what I can't do instead of trying to do something different.
The last couple of months I've shifted my mindset to an attitude of I CAN and I'M WORTH IT.
And looking in the mirror today I can honestly say I'm PROUD OF MYSELF!
I've done my workout daily for at least 30 minutes. I've made smarter food choices and started focusing on the things I CAN control.
My back pain, food aversions, headaches, lack of sleep, and hormone issues won't go away- but I CAN control how I REACT to them and how I COPE with them.
You ARE stronger than your excuses. You ARE stronger than your problems. If I can push through them, anyone can.
