Confession: over the last 5 months I've become a scale addict. Weighing myself almost daily😳
But, not this month. Not anymore. I'm breaking the habit, and it's so liberating. This is probably my most favorite part about the #whole30 -no scale. It's incredibly FREEING to have not stepped on that scale in a week. Instead of focusing on a number, I'm focusing on how I FEEL, what's happening to my body inside and outside. How is my energy when I wake up? How does my body look after a nights rest? How do my joints feel? How do my jeans fit? All part of the #nonscalevictory category.

What do I see here? I see a 5 month post (3rd) c-section body. I see a shirt and capris I couldn't fit into 2 months ago. I see a girl making PROGRESS and excited for the future.
